Damage Notes
If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email ciaobelfiorehcc@outlook.com within 14 days and include your order number and multiple pictures of packaging and of the damage. Our customer service staff will be in contact with you shortly to facilitate our claims process. 

Please note: Candles and other products damaged product due to extremes in temperature upon delivery are not eligible for refund claims processing. Once the product is removed from its protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
 
FULL-PRICE ITEMS
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Ciao Bel Fiore purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Ciao Bel Fiore is happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 14 days of your delivery date. Only items that have been purchased directly from ciaobelfiore.com can be returned.      
                                                                                                           
TO PROCESS A RETURN. 
Please email ciaobelfiorehcc@outlook.com, we ask that you reference your order number and your order confirmation from your purchase in your email.  Product returned to Ciao Bel Fiore without prior authorization is subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the reason for your return is not the result of a Ciao Bel Fiore error, the cost of the return shipping will be your responsibility. In this instance, we recommend using a tracked service.

Combined Shipping and Shipping Differential Refunds
In the event you purchase multiple items in one order, Ciao Bel Fiore will combine your shipping as effectively as possible for safest delivery of your items and in the most cost effective manner. In the event there is a shipping differential, money will be refunded to you.
